Our trout typically ranges from around 300 grams to 1000 grams, perfect for home cooking.In addition to fish farming and retail, we also support other fish farmers by supplying premium trout fish feed, helping improve aquaculture standards in the region.To bring the true taste of trout to food lovers, we operate our Omega Trout Restaurant at Chandilora, Tangmarg. Here, customers can enjoy a variety of freshly prepared trout dishes, including fried trout, tandoori trout, and grilled trout, all made from our own farm-grown fish.
